Who is responsible?

What do we collect and why?

The form asks for your name, work email, company or website, service of interest and an optional message. We use these details to respond, clarify your needs and prepare a proposal. Please do not include sensitive personal information. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Legal basis

For a service requested in your own name, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract. We process business contact details on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and managing business communications. Limited technical information is processed for our legitimate interest in security and spam prevention.

Who can access the information?

Enquiries are sent to info@adsolutions.ee and accessed by the people handling them. Zone Media OÜ provides web hosting. We use Microsoft 365 to receive email. If handling your enquiry requires Optimics to be involved, we explain that involvement and share only necessary information. The form does not automatically send enquiries to Optimics.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a working relationship and related correspondence will be deleted within 12 months of the last communication. If we work together, retention depends on the contract and applicable document retention obligations. Technical logs are used to investigate delivery failures and security incidents. Retention depends on the provider’s log rotation and security arrangements; logs are not used for marketing. The Zone administration panel provides the last 7 days of webserver email logs.

Cookies and technical information

The form uses a necessary session cookie after you interact with it to protect against submissions from other websites. It is not used for marketing. Spam prevention temporarily stores a pseudonymous identifier derived from the IP address and a submission time, not the enquiry content. Rate limits use information from the preceding hour; older records are removed on the next successful submission. Web and mail servers may keep technical logs.

Analytics and your choices

GA4 is configured to retain detailed event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months; new activity resets the user-data retention period. These settings do not apply in the same way to aggregated reports.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager. The service provider is Google Ireland Limited. We measure pages visited, traffic sources, general device and browser information, and interactions such as contact clicks and successful enquiries. Names, email addresses, company names and enquiry messages are not sent to Analytics.

Analytics is based on your consent. Google tags do not load before you accept analytics. Declining does not prevent you from using the website or enquiry form. You can change or withdraw consent at any time using “Cookie settings”. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. We do not use advertising measurement or Google signals.

Your consent choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days (optimics_consent). After acceptance, Google Analytics may use _ga and _ga_* cookies, configured to last up to 180 days. Withdrawal removes Analytics cookies accessible to the website and stops measurement. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in its data processing terms. See Google’s privacy policy and data processing terms.

Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your personal data and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
